We’d normally start organising your item’s delivery immediately after you confirming the order and completing payment, usually 2-7 working days depending on your location and the overall delivery schedule of our warehouse. We will try to get your item to you as fast as we can, but we do not have control the delivery time once your item leaves the warehouse.
If the item you ordered are out of stock or are customised we will do our best to communicate with you and organise the delivery time that is best suited for you. If you need someone to install as well as deliver the item to you we can organise a additional cost for you. You will need to cooperate with the schedule of our installation workers which may cause a slight delay in the delivery process of your product.
According to the OH&S policy items over 25kg are considered oversized and will most likely need more than one person to handle. If your driver needs assistance then we will contact you in advance.
If you have confirmed (you must sign the form once you received your item) that everything is fine Linear will not be responsible for any further damage caused afterwards.
You can also choose to pick up your item from the Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane warehouses, there will be no charges for that. Our warehouse staff will assist you in checkin your item and telling you about the things you need to be aware of whilst transporting it.
